To carry on the business of cargo and mail handling at international airports in Nigeria, to act as general carrier, forwarding agent, and for general serfs, free and bonded warehousemen, cartage contractors packers custom agents, cargo superintendents, lighterage contractors, bailees, common carriers, to provide loading and unloading facilities for aircrafts and act as sorters of mails, goods, wares and merchandise of every description including the sorting, tallying and assembly for dispatch of import cargo, handling of transfer and export cargo, checking, distribution, receipt from and delivery of in-coming and out-going mails to postal authorities and to purchase or otherwise acquire any lands, warehouses, buildings or machinery and to control and equip the same for the above purposes.

To carry on the business of general contractors, general suppliers, trading, marketing, sales and distribution of general goods be they manufactured or not, commission agents, manufacturers representatives, importers, exporters, supplies retails general merchandise; to buy, sell, manufacture and deal in all articles, substances, products, systems and appliances that will enable it realize its set objectives.

To borrow or raise money in such manner as the company shall think fit, and in particular by the issue of (perpetual or otherwise), and to secure the repayment of any money borrowed, raised or owed by lien upon the whole or any part of the company’s property or assets (whether present or future) including its uncalled capital and also by a similar mortgage, charge, or lien to secure and guarantee the performance by the company of any obligation or liability it may undertake.
